Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunity. Meet potential client by growing, maintaining and leveraging business network.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner in line with clients’ expectation.
• Responsible for Internet/passive search, sourcing, pre-screening, validation of candidate and negotiations.
• Responsible in conducting selection and recruitment process which involves pre-screen and assess applicants in matching candidate competencies against clients’ requirement.
• Responsible to gather detailed information for the job assignment in order to facilitate effective recruitment drive.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
• At least 3-4 years of full-cycle of recruiting experience or equivalent
• Preferably from Recruitment firm/agency
• Previous experience in sales and business development is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
