Focus Horticulture Sdn Bhd is one of the top plant tissue culture facilities in Malaysia. We specialize in producing rare and exotic ornamental plants as well as young banana plantlets for local and export markets.
We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving marketing strategies for our products, creating engaging digital and print content, managing campaigns, and supporting our sales efforts. We seek a candidate with good understanding and experience in marketing, digital marketing and design concepts to elevate our brand and maximize our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, and Whats App to promote our products.
• Create visually engaging content using design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Cap Cut.
• Maintain the company website and execute email blasting campaigns to enhance our online presence.

2. Marketing Materials Development:

• Design and develop a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and standing posters, to support sales efforts.
• Design and update the product catalog, ensuring information is accurate and reflects current inventory.
• Assist the sales team with advertising materials, printing, and providing up-to-date information.

3. Market Research, Analysis, and Price Surveys:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the horticulture and agriculture sectors.
• Conduct price surveys to stay competitive in the market.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize future strategies.

4. Brand and Inventory Management:

• Maintain and enhance our brand presence, particularly ‘Rimbun Letup’, across all channels.
• Manage inventory, including stock counts and catalog updates.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to consumer engagement.

5. Collaboration and Budget Management:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and laboratory production, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Occasionally coordinate with external partners and vendors for campaign execution and event organization.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure the effective use of resources.

6. Campaign Planning and Reporting:

• Assist in planning and executing the marketing plan according to deadlines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Design or a related field.
• We are seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Cap Cut.
• Good understanding of Marketing and digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
