QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably with working experience in the related field
• Looking for experienced candidates in valuation field at least 3 years
• Posses own transport and willing to travel when required
• Must be a team player and can work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out valuation of property
• Conduct marketing and inspection for project assignment
• To check report
• Indication for big property
• Sourcing of new clients, able to conduct a talk / briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients
• To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise
• To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks/assignment assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,700.00 per month
