JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Handling in Export shipping arrangement on time.
2. Prepare all relevant documentation for shipment (BL, CI, PL, COO, Health Certificate, etc..)
3. Assist in determine which forwarder/shipping liner for booking shipment & selected transporter for shipment delivery arrangement.
4. Liaise with government agency (MITI, PKD, etc ) and handling application related to Import Export.
5. Administration task & general filling
6. To undertake others related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 1-2 of years working experience in a manufacturing and export environment.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of Email, Microsoft Office, Excel & Internet.
4. Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Must be willing to work in Klang (nearby Aman Perdana/ Bukit Raja / Klang Utama)
6. Candidates from the Manufacturing background will have an added advantage.
