1. Assessment and Diagnosis
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
- Initial Evaluation: Conducting an initial assessment of the patient’s needs and condition.
- Data Collection: Gathering information about medical history, physical or mental conditions, and therapy goals.
- Diagnosis: Diagnosing issues or deficits that require therapeutic intervention.
- Planning: Creating a therapy plan tailored to the individual patient’s needs.
- Setting Goals: Establishing short-term and long-term goals based on the evaluation and patient needs.
- Methods and Techniques: Choosing appropriate methods and techniques to achieve therapy goals.
- Therapy Sessions: Conducting regular therapy sessions with the patient, using necessary techniques and tools.
- Exercises and Activities: Teaching and guiding the patient in specific exercises or activities.
- Interventions: Providing direct interventions according to the therapy plan.
- Regular Evaluation: Monitoring and assessing patient progress regularly.
- Adjusting Plans: Adjusting the therapy plan based on patient progress and changing needs.
- Documentation: Recording progress, changes, and outcomes of therapy sessions in medical records.
- Patient Education: Providing information and education to patients and their families about the condition and ways to support the recovery process.
- Advice and Recommendations: Offering advice on lifestyle changes, environmental modifications, or coping strategies.
- Healthcare Team: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, or psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Reporting: Providing reports or updates on the patient’s condition and progress to other medical team members.
- Continuing Education: Attending additional training or courses to update knowledge and skills.
- Research: Engaging in research or case studies to improve practices and therapy outcomes.
- Scheduling: Managing therapy session schedules and handling related administrative tasks.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional policies
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
