- Diploma/Bachelor in Nursing
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate with MNB to practice as registered nurse
- Post-basic is advantage.
- Able to write and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English language
- Computer literacy
- Able to handle stressful and emotional situations with efficiency and composure
- Able to react decisively and intelligently in emergencies, performs and assists in medical/surgical procedures with accuracy
- Pleasant personality and able to work well with others
- Good communication skills, caring, honest, compassionate and responsible
- Possess good analytical skills to interpret and analyze data and reports
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Has the ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to make decision in critical situation and ensure efficiency and effective care is rendered at all level of the patients’ experience
- Applies and demonstrate knowledge of the delivery of professional care, including all aspects of practice, as defined by the Malaysian Nursing Board and reinforced in Hospital Seri Botani’s policies
- Plans, delegates and organizes nursing personnel
- Manages and coordinates information between patient, family and healthcare team members
- Provides education for patients and families and evaluate outcomes
- Strive to provide high quality holistic nursing care
- Knowledgeable and strong believer in quality improvement activities
Pay: From RM2,150.00 per month
