- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma graduate in Nursing.
- Registered with the Malaysia Board of Nursing.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Assist doctor during consultations, surgeries and other medical procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of clinical and domestic waste.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist patients during the registration process, accurately collecting and recording necessary information.
- Address patients with inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Perform simple vision tests and procedures for patients, as required, following established protocols and procedures.
- Manage phone calls and appointments, including sending appointment reminders to patients.
- Assist patients in processing insurance claims, completing necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Collect payments from patients during the discharge process.
- Provide information and proper counselling to patients during discharge process.
- Maintain daily sales records and perform settlement procedures in compliance with the policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the clinic, including waiting areas and restrooms.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
