• Basic handyman knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building;
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities;
• Assist in maintain facilities requirement;
• To manage foreign worker hostel (monthly audit ensures compliance and tracking audit report on safety, facilities and maintenance of hostel);
• To manage foreign workers affairs;
• Manage new foreign workers arrival and repatriation;
• Assisting in any foreign workers welfare matters and disciplinary issue;
• Providing administrative support for various administrative projects as needed;
• To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Facilities Management;
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
• Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees;
• Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation;
• Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently;
• Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
