· Prepare and serve drinks / beverages to management, visitors.
· Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the meeting rooms.
· Attend to any other duties assigned by superiors.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the area and keep track of the stock items i.e. coffee, tea, milo, milk and sugar.
· Tea lady duties which include serving plus clearing up after meals for higher management and any office gatherings that includes refreshments.
· Provide service include for meetings attendees and higher management and clearing up after meals for higher management and any office gatherings/meetings that includes refreshments.
