Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant / GIS Assitant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and town planners, assisting in various civil engineering projects, including the preparation of reports and drawings. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude in supporting the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities :

• Assist engineers and town planners in preparing reports, drawings, and other documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Help prepare monthly progress and project reports.
• Provide administrative support as directed within the division.
• Assist in enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining processes.
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical and project management skills.
• Actively seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects.
• Attend meetings with your supervisor, supporting coordination with internal and external project teams.
• Engage in company activities, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Provide support to your supervisor in various tasks related to the company’s operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in consultancy and construction processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
