Job Description: Technical Designer
Responsibilities
· To prepare and develop detailed drawings, design documents and materials to Clients
· Generate technical drawings for Client's confirmation prior to construction
· To communication and follow up with clients and suppliers
· Good knowledge in interior fit out project management and technical detailing
· Site visit to ensure projects are developed according to the specification and requirement
· To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project fit-out
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
· Able to work as part of a team independently and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
