JOB Description :
PC hardware Knowledge:
a. Understanding of the physical components of a PC and its architecture
b. Able to diagnose hardware problems on both laptops and desktops and has knowledge of PC components and their functionalities.
c. Small-Medium sized storage/server knowledge is an added advantage 2. PC Software:
d. Comprehensive knowledge of the operating system Windows/Linux (installation, setup, activation, diagnose issues)
e. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft bundles (setup, installation, activation, diagnose issues)
f. Anti-virus & malware support. 3. (For TA) Not necessarily relevant IT skills:
g. Programmers & software developers
h. Network specialists
i. Database specialists
j. Application Support, Software testers & debuggers
k. IT helpdesk without troubleshooting (eg, coordinator to raise and assign tickets between users and vendors)
Place：Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Hours： Mon to Fri, 10am-7pm Fixed
Salary：RM9,500 - RM10,500

Requirement :
English -Conversation level
Min. 6months of IT Support background
