TECHNICIAN

Job Descriptions

To execute all maintenance-related tasks in a development including but not limited to planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs.
Perform planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc maintenance of electrical system.
Troubleshoot any electrical or mechanical faults in building.
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing minor equipment and structural damage i.e, window, door or wall repair.
Performing maintenance on equipment and machinery to support production and achieve desired results.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or a Diploma in Electrical.
Possess LV Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga is an added advantage.
Able to speak & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Able to work shift and public holiday.
