Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general repair and maintenance work.
• Follow up and reports to the management any preventive maintenance required and ensures all assignments given are appropriately attended.
• Perform daily routine checking of all common areas.
• Conduct minor repair works including plumbing, carpentry, painting work, replacement of light bulbs, water tap and others work assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure that repair works are completed on time, and that they are of good quality.
• Responsible to record all daily work into "Service Report" and send to superior to acknowledge.
• Attend all complaints and to ensure all complaints are solved on time.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on plant & machinery.

Job Requirements

• Possess Vocational Certificate in specializing in Maintenance / Repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalents.
• Those without relevant qualifications but with ­ 2 years or more relevant experience will be considered.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
