• To maintain factory machine, equipment, process flow and building to enable smooth operation
• Execute the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance schedule
• Take immediate actions by informing superior when abnormality and unsafe condition occurs
• Ensure the check sheet are properly recorded
• Ensure that subordinate understand the instruction relating to the machine maintenance and their work
• Train subordinates which include SOPs updating and improvement of SOP
• Ensure procedure, Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is complied with
• Ensure job adjustment and good communication within section
• Strictly follow company rules & regulations, safety & health guidelines and 5S guidelines at workplace
• Other responsibilities as assigned by PE department superior
