Technician, Maintenance department

- Responsible for general maintenance of the building and upkeep of all electrical items and machinery.
- Ensure office equipment/ electrical devices are in good condition.
- Monitor and conduct regular checks on all equipment including Ejector Bit/ Sum Pit and drainage system. Conduct regular checks to ensure they are in working condition as per requirement by the authority concerned, and takes necessary actions to prevent clog and reports to management.
- Responsible to monitor and supervises general carpentry work, plumbing, housekeeping and work distribution for the cleaning team as and when requested by the department head or their representatives.
- Other job related duty & responsibilities as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent. Technical SKM/ experienced in property maintenance are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Able to work on shift or on-callback if required.
- Experience in shopping malls / retail operations as maintenance technician will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
