  • Attain a strong understanding of customers' needs and requirements and address it with a comprehensive presentation of the products or services on offer.
  • Engage in proactive outreach by placing calls to individuals or businesses sourced from provided contact lists or databases. Articulate the company's offerings in a compelling manner with the primary aim of securing appointments.
  • Skillfully navigate conversation to seamlessly transition from the initial pitch to setting appointments.
  • Monitor and report on key appointments-setting metrics, encompassing successful appointments booked, cancellation rates, and rescheduling rates.
  • Skilfully navigate conversations to seamlessly transition from the initial pitch to setting appointments. Apply persuasive techniques to secure appointments with qualified leads genuinely interested in the offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
