• Oversee the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of molds to ensure proper functionality. Regularly check lubrication and replenish oil as needed.
• Monitor mold cleanliness, identify contamination early, and conduct timely cleaning.
• Periodically inspect mold for wear and damage based on usage, and perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Regularly evaluate the structural condition of mold, detect deformation, and initiate repairs as required.
• Conduct routine safety checks on molds, identify potential hazards, and address them immediately.
• Assemble new molds and conduct trial runs.
• Continuously monitor mold usage, detect any damage early, and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures for the process
• Ensure that you comply with PPE requirements for the stamping proces
• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience
