TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

- To assist the Transport Department to supervise daily transportation activities and to execute daily/weekly delivery plan as well as to achieve service level and cost target set by the management.
- Overall, in charge of the transport operations (internal & outsourced services) to ensure that the customers’ orders are TIMELY and SAFELY delivered to their premise.
- Daily tasks include supervising and allocating driver assignments, ensuring compliance with audits and safety standards, and maintaining all vehicles in top working order.
- Supervise and manage drivers to ensure smooth operation flow.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and keep good track record.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadline.
- Resolve daily delivery schedule and drivers’ issues.
- Monitor and report GPS exceptional violations.
- Report critical vehicle maintenance to the transport maintenance team.
- Monitor and report driver working hours violations and take appropriate action.
- Report and document incident notifications.
- Assist superior in all the task assigned.
- Willing to work 6 days and at Klang.
- Minimum SPM and above.
- Language skills: English (Read/Write/Spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 2 years of professional experience in transport admin management.
- Experience in industries of Logistics/Warehouse/ Transportation should be an advantage
- Possess good communication skills and able to handle drivers from various backgrounds.
- Computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft office
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
