Key Activities/Accountabilities:
- Complete daily data entry and issuing of payment assignments in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents according to the company guidelines.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation within the required guidelines in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Required to assist their uplines in matters pertaining to AR and AP functions.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Accounting/ Finance Department.
- Competent data-entry user of ERP based accounting software.
- High integrity result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work as a team member.
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
- Good teamwork skills within a multicultural work discipline.
- Good verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
