Job Title: VBA Developer - Group Finance Automation
Location: KL, Malaysia
Tenure: One year extendable contract
Experience: 3-7 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a VBA Developer to assist with the Group Finance Automation project, aimed at automating manual or semi-manual processes. The role involves working closely with users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide support during testing to ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:
Estimate timelines, understand user requirements, and manage project scope.
Deliver project tasks ahead of the OT implementation date by 5% of working days.
Overcome challenges such as document management and comprehensive scenario testing.
Delivery & Support:
Handle internal assignments, problem resolutions, and out-of-scope tasks efficiently.
Align team efforts and manage differing opinions to meet requestor’s requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent delivery of quality work with minimal bugs, handling multiple requests during peak times.

Qualifications:

Education:
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in VBA development.
Experience with Oracle SQL / MS SQL is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Functional and testing competencies.
