We are seeking a talented Data Engineer/Analyst to join our Big Data & Analytics team at Generali Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data pipeline development, data modelling, and reporting using tools like AWS services, Power BI, and SAP. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS (Glue, Redshift, RDS, Aurora).
Create and optimize data models for efficient storage and retrieval. Develop reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Manage and enhance MIS and provide timely reporting
Troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
3+ years of experience in data integration, analytics, and pipeline development.
Proficient in Python, SQL, Py Spark, Linux, and AWS cloud services.
Experience with ETL/ELT, Power BI, SAP, and data visualization.
