Job Title: Release Coordinator
Location: KL, Malaysia
Experience - 6+Years
Key Responsibilities:
Release Management: Coordinate all planned and unplanned releases, ensure alignment with operating models, and engage stakeholders.
Release Planning: Define release calendars, establish versioning controls, and onboard new initiatives.
Release Execution & Monitoring: Facilitate release kick-offs, monitor progress, and address any issues for a seamless release.
Reporting & Closure: Track and report release performance, conduct retrospectives, and plan improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years in web/app release management, IT software delivery, or relevant role in banking systems.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Git Hub, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
