Position Title

Role Purpose

Key Accountability

• Support the training delivery, administration and coordination with relevant stake holders or training providers to ensure smooth execution of the training plan
• Assist immediate superior to ensure serviceability of facilities and resources to maximise utilisation.
• Perform as Training Coordinator to meet facilities and services need of internal and externalcustomers
• To plan, administer and coordinate with the relevant departments/BUs on trainng schedules,
• Instructors/Associate Instructors availability, classroom & equipment availabilities and Students welfare and disciplinary matters.
• To coordinate with Instructors maintain all training documents/records & filing are proper, accurate and consistent for QMS including audit purposes (Manuals, Instructor’s Guide, Exam bank, QMS, Meeting minutes, Training Records etc)
• To ensure distribution of Manuals distributed in accordance to the distribution list prior to its effective date.
• To plan, coordinate, develop and implement with relevant stakeholders on the training resources align with corporate services standards.
• To ensure Quality Management System are adhered to.
• To submit report on trainer performance on monthly basis
• Ensure policies and procedures are complete, accurate, approved and adhered to
• To verify expenses and claims and submit for approval in a timely manner
• To analyse and submit monthly reporting
• To collaborate with other Business Units and peers in providing excellent service
• Accountable in managing a centralized qualifications and training records for Airlines Mandatory team members & implement a work processes in tracking and validating the Trainer's tasks in ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure all rosters are distributed to respective user departments
• Ensuring accurate crew records for payment of all allowances.
• Responsible for reviewing, updating and/or recommending procedures and processes in Training and other areas if required.
• Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholder(s) for input prior to submission of final procedures / process draft for review and approval.
• To support Head of respective schools in carrying out their duties whenever delegated, this includes the supervision and liaison

Qualification & Working Experience

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of working experience, preferably in operations areas, or
• High School Certificate (STPM/SPM) with 7 years working experience, preferable in operations area.

Area of Experience

• Knowledge on regulatory requirement, flight operations policies and procedures, crew operating pattern and duty roster.
• Knowledge on business administration and company’s terms and conditions.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
