Warehouse Admin Coordinator

- Handle and manage the warehouse operations on platform including, good receipt, order processing, TU management.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-worker in the warehouse.
- Respond to customer request/ inquiry.
- Maintain operational efficiency and minimal customer complaint.
- Improve the system/operation processes to achieve best-practices & productivity goals.
- Manage daily report and maintain accuracy.
- Promote 5S to keep clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute to other developing of the department.
- Ensure the adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.
- Manage adhoc task given by supervisor.
- Literate on all the Microsoft Office tools: Excel (compulsory), Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Proactive & Excellent team player
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
