RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (in/out/transfer) for the entire warehouse.
• To assist in daily warehouse activities & maintain a proper inventory system.
• Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.
• Ensure pack items securely to be delivered from the warehouse.
• Implement & monitor the improvementon store layout, tracking and identification of inventories for easy retrievaland recording.
• Ensure goods received from branches & suppliers in good order and condition.
• Inspect defects and / or stock items. Report to superior any damaged stock.
• Maintaining and ensuring effective filling system in place.
• Ensure that overall operations comply with ISO 9001:2008.
• Actively participate in the implementation of company management system ISO 9001.
• Work jointly with superior to ensure departmental objectives achievement.
• To co-ordinate work between sales, warehouse & logistics department and other relevant departments.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse all the time.
• Supervise storekeeper’s daily duties.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
• With 2 years related working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
• Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
• Self-motivated with initiative, positive working attitude, able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
• Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work overtime as and when required.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
• Applicant should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
