1. Update warehouse SOPs promptly and provide training to ensure adherence by all employees in their daily tasks.
2. Handle warehouse issues, conducting root cause investigations, preparing documents, coordinating with relevant parties, and implementing activities for resolution.
3. Develop a business process analysis diagram to optimize warehouse workflow. Track and ensure the successful implementation of improvement projects.
4. Plan and implement daily departmental production plans, encompassing manpower, timeliness, and quality planning.
5. Conduct EHS inspections in the warehouse area, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
6. Assist department managers in daily operations, overseeing inventory status, document management, and other tasks.
7. Perform performance evaluations for subordinates.
8. Provide support to other factories when necessary.
9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
1. College diploma or above, with preference given to majors in supply chain or logistics.
2. Self-disciplined, serious, proactive, and capable of handling pressure.
3. Work with rigor, methodology, and adherence to LEAN philosophy.
4. Proficiency in English is required.
5. Knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
