Warehouse Supervisor

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure smooth operations being performed.
• Space utilisation for Location Planning of Goods Received.

· Supervise on stack and store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory management.
· Perform overall routine maintenance checks on the forklift, such as inspecting forklift components, oiling and greasing parts, and reporting any malfunctions.
· Liaise with Customer Service and ensure requirements on operations requested have been achieved.

• Ensure the Team follows the safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Responsible on checking & verification of goods released.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and activity logs to ensure the system tally for weekly closing.
• Responsible on overall of maintain standards of health, hygiene & security of the stocks in warehouse.
• Ensure accurate count of services applied in documentation record.
• Co-ordination with other teams or departments on daily operational activity.
• Conduct weekly stock take and assist on verification and report to Warehouse Executive.
• Periodically review and refine daily operations with Executive to increase effectiveness and productivity.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and break schedules.
Requirement

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in warehouse supervisor position.
• Acquire Driving Forklift Experience.
• Efficient in reading documentation & able to write.
• Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
• Able to handle Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel & Words)
• Good attitude & willing to learn.
• Possess own transport.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia able to communicate and work as a team.

Job Details

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturday 8:30 AM – 12.30 PM)

Total Salary: RM 2500 – RM 3000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
