Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
- Perform welding on metal joints using flux-cored arc welding.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Carry out welding tasks to join, fabricate and repair metal.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Department Head from time to time.
- Proven experience as a welder or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with welding codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematics.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution is preferred.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
