We are seeking a Tooling and Process Equipment Engineer specializing in Filling Equipment to enhance our talented team.
In this role, you are responsible for developing, specifying, purchasing, and installing tools, process equipment, and power tools in the Mexico plant.

We are seeking a Tooling and Process Equipment Engineer specializing in Filling Equipment to enhance our talented team.
In this role, you are responsible for developing, specifying, purchasing, and installing tools, process equipment, and power tools in the Mexico plant.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying equipment used in other plants to be copied/adapted for Mexico plant, unique equipment development, purchasing and installations of equipment, and power tools in the Mexico plant
- Develop tools, process equipment, and power tools, ensuring they follow local requirements and national and local legislation.
- Participate and follow project activities.
- Coordinate technical support during the development process and purchasing process.
- Manage equipment related to time plan to pass the project gates.
- Write the scope of supply, perform validation of the scope of supply, participate in factory acceptance test at the supplier site, secure fulfillment of legislation requirements.
- Act as coordinator during installations.
- Tool design (mechanical, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic).
- Catia (and other CAD systems).
- FEM calculations.
- Legislation (specific legislation in Mexico) connected to process installations and tool design.
- Cost estimations and calculations, Business case calculations.
- Advanced engineering (robotic, 3D printing and scanning).
- Project Management (PSM and EEM for equipment).
- Minimum 2-4years of Tooling and Equipment Engineering experience.
- As all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required.
