Deliverable description:
*Maintainance of the financial budget & forecast for Engineering
*Review, control, and administration / audit of Procurement Cards
*Review, control, and administration of transportation authorizations
*Assistance in preparation of annual engineering budget0
*Support of Global activities including SOW alignment and tracking
*SAP administration
*Prepare special finance reports upon request from customers and organization senior leadership
*Organization reporting structure for all cost centers (WBS levels}
*Workflow for Requisitions / Invoice / AFC approvals
*Maintain org flow matrix for all approval levels
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business from an ABET accredited program
Forecasting/budgeting experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Role is to control the R&D Spending for software development in the company.
Important is to do variance analysis in the plant.
Commute back to project teams.
They have budget for development – track spending with program team and give feedback to the team, overspent or not spent what was planned. Understand situation.
Breakdown with each are, follow up actions.
Financial reporting
Capitalize R&D Expenses.
Provide details for disclosure, how much spent on each project, and how much are amortizing and capitalizing every year.
Intercompany experience.
