MSCI Data AI Engineering is engaged in supporting MSCIs customers and internal users in the automation of data maintenance and support. Our tools are used across the organization in the pursuit of operational excellence, the creation and maintenance of best in class datasets and the support of msci's suite of investment solutions. The team maintains production workloads and AI powered solutions and pushes forward the application of research and solutions on the market into MSCI's processes. AI is central to the tranformations hitting all industries and AI Engineering at MSCI is in the center of this activity.Your Key Responsibilities
In this position you will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of applications and automations leveraging generative AI to take on diverse tasks. The role provides support for global users in the development of products and solutions for internal users and MSCI's clients - such as MSCI's conversational interactions and automatic infternal processes leveraging AI in data production. The role will be focused on supporting validation and monitoring for AI solutions, applying AI in the automation of application resilience management, and delivering features to improve client experience in interactions with AI systems including asyncronous workflows and chat experiences.Your skills and experience that will help you excel
A grounding in application and cloud development will be helpful, as will prior experience in the usage of Azure and GCP. Containerization, and the development of monitoring and logging strategies for observability are ideal. But the successful candidate will be a curious and motivated problem solver with training in engineering and an ability to demonstrate sound technical thinking in the approach to complex problems.
