Automation Tester

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our growing team in CDMX, Mexico. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications using automated testing tools and frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in Mexico City (CDMX) with a dynamic team on cutting-edge projects in the field of automation testing.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, or similar.
Collaborate with the QA team and developers to ensure test coverage and identify testing needs for software applications.
Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and functional testing to guarantee the reliability of the product.
Analyze and report test results, logging any issues and tracking them through to resolution.
Ensure continuous integration of testing processes using tools like Jenkins or other CI/CD platforms.
Work within an agile environment, attending daily stand-ups and participating in sprint planning.

Key Skills:

Proven experience as an Automation Tester or QA Automation Engineer.
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, or Cypress.
Proficient in automation testing best practices for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
Fluent in English, and knowledge of the Mexican IT landscape is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in Mexico City (CDMX) or within the Mexican software industry.
Knowledge of the Mexican software development market and trends in automation testing.
Familiarity with Mexican IT standards and frameworks.
