El programa de becarios en Dupont México tiene como objetivo atraer los mejores talentos, con el objetivo de apoyarlos en su desarrollo profesional, la adquisición de habilidades y conocimientos técnicos en nuestros diversos negocios dentro de la industria. Lo anterior con la firme idea de tener un semillero de talento interno listo para integrarse en un entorno laboral cada vez más desafiante, buscando siempre la incorporación definitiva con nosotros.
Actualmente Du Pont en la Ciudad de México está buscando Estudiantes Universitarios para ingresar al Programa de Becarios en el area de I.T..
Tus principales responsabilidades serán/harás lo siguiente:

Tus principales responsabilidades serán/harás lo siguiente:
- Soporte a empleados en sitio y remoto.
- Instalacion de sistema operativo corporativo a computadoras
- Configurar perfiles, correos electrónicos y accesos para los nuevos ingresos, además de brindar asistencia en todo lo relacionado con contraseñas.
- Seguimiento y resolucion de Tickets de la localidad
- Administracion de inventarios, levantamiento de garantias.
- Actuar en prevencion, coreccion, mantenimiento y actualizacion de Software y Hardware
- Trabajar de forma integrada al equipo local y con los proyectos del sitio.
- Creación de Sitios Share Point.
Requisitos:
- Ser alumno de las carreras Ingeniería de sistemas computacionales, Tecnología de la información, o carreras similares (con fecha de graduación entre Junio de 2026 y Junio 2027)
- Nivel basico/intermedio demostrable de inglés (habilidades escritas, leídas, habladas y escuchadas).
- Conocimiento de la instalación del Sistema Operativo Windows 11
- Conocimiento general del Office 365
- Flexibilidad/adaptabilidad en un entorno de equipo dinámico y acelerado.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
- Servicio al cliente orientado a la satisfacción.
- Organizado.
