Role Overview
In this role, you’ll work directly on-site with a customer to enhance and support their ecommerce mobile application. We’re looking for a standout professional with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. While you’ll be based on-site, staying connected with our remote team is key to success.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in e Commerce and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools, and a strong grasp of ecommerce terminology (e.g., PDP, PLP, Checkout).
• Ability to write detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and preemptively address potential issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, and available for on-site work in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs for the ecommerce app.
• Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with the product owner to convert solution needs into actionable user stories and refine acceptance criteria.
• Lead grooming sessions and manage the product backlog.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
• Handle stakeholder feedback and adjust plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Partner with QA teams to create test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the app meets business needs and provides a smooth user experience.
• Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and usability concerns through thorough testing and feedback.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and recommend process improvements and innovations for the ecommerce app.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and long-term strategic planning.
• Ways of Working:
• Follow established project methodologies and maintain professionalism.
• Be available during set working hours, attend all required meetings, and deliver on project commitments.
