GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Observes and identifies possible risks inside and outside the company to prevent risks, as well as the monitoring of illicit acts, through reports, information and existing monitoring technology.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
High school or technical degree or 2 years' experience in a similar position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Management of the fire panel
GPS control and monitoring
CTPAT and OEA knowledge
Control of risk situations
Access control
Attention to suppliers and contractors.
Management of computer packages
English 50% desirable.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Observation of the company's internal and external perimeter
Capture and follow-up of news 24/7
Capture of data on the entry and exit of company transports
Tracking of national and international cargo units with GPS
Follow-up of investigations
Operate the fire system panel
Operate access control
Provide support in emergency situations
Safekeeping and control of keys
General customer support
Participate in compliance with the QMS (quality management system) in relation to ISO 9001
Comply with planned training on time
Identify and report issues regarding quality and compliance and support actions
Comply with safety rules determined according to their function.
