Key Responsabilities

• Creation of store segmentation models that allow for the best courses of action, whether by zone, segment, sales volume, Share of Checkout, and/or the current status of the stores
• Determine the ideal number of visits based on in-store segmentation
• Generate monthly targets by agency and promoter that allow us to reach the sales objective in promotion
• Collaborate with the promotion team on various strategies and differentiated store treatments
• Calculate promotion expenses and cost per visit versus profitability
• Develop CH (Checklist) in promotion with the appropriate rules to identify best practices and the type of store where they are effective
• Ensure sales targets are met in conjunction with the channel.
• Analyze visits, productivity, and quality (preferably weekly) and how we can improve them
• Review of floor strategy with the channel
• Control the promotion budget
• Calculate overall capacity
• Present monthly results of the promotion strategy
• Forecast various promotion variables (visits, promoters, sales estimates, etc.).

Position Requierements

• + 2 years experience in proficient in managing key for Promotion and CX.
• Management of programming languages SQL, R, Python- Plus (Databricks)
• Budget Control and Optimization Management of Key Metrics for CS
• Use of Capacity Models
• Design and Calibration of Segmentation Models
• Use of CH (Checklist) (Definition of Universe, Statistical Models, Use of Sets)
• Proficiency in Programming Languages and Big Data
• Knowledge in CS
• Advanced/Intermediate English Use of Forecast Models
