Global Key Account Coordinator

- Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets for IFF.
- Collaborate with regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth globally.
- Manage all aspects of the selling cycle.
- Develop and implement a strategic account plan.
- Build project pipeline to sustain growth targets.
- Update opportunities in Sales Force as they progress.
- Manage and build relationships between the customer and IFF, leveraging all appropriate stakeholders.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and trends.
- Driving innovation in the bakery field by collaborating cross-functionally internally, within the industry and with the customer
- Work closely with demand planning, providing monthly forecast guidance.
- Deliver on strategy and respective financial metrics.
- Strongly and actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver growth targets.
- Identify account innovation priorities and align with internal innovation strategy.
- Coordinate Global Account strategy with regional Account Managers.
- Coordinate messaging with Global stakeholders for other IFF Business lines
- Build an exceptional and long-term partnership with the account, leveraging all appropriate IFF stakeholders.
- You are a professional with a technical background, holding a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- You demonstrate a passion for the Bakery industry and have a solid practical understanding of the bakery process. Previous experience working in the baking industry is a must.
- You have at least 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience with the demonstrated ability to facilitate customer growth.
- You collaborate with others and perform well in complex cross-functional teams.
- You are self-motivated and like to be challenged while working for a dynamic organization.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You can set your own prioritization in line with customer and business goals.
- You hold yourself accountable and are always motivated to improve.
- You possess good negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
- You can develop and implement short- and long-term goals.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and can develop and analyze datasets to assist in decision making.
- You are customer-centric and relationship oriented.
