• Ensure compliance with performance objectives for customer.
• Track and meet the indicators for each area, as well as the organization’s goals.
• Coordinate approved vendors based on customers requests.
• Provide attention and service to internal and external customers concerning operational and vendor needs.
• Develop strategies for creating new service and transport suppliers.
• Formulate business strategies for the commercial area.
• Handle import and export to position logistics units across national territory.
• Actively participate in management systems applicable.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews with customers and vendors.
• Manage operational expenses and investments, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Advance English proficiency required both verbal and written.
• A minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience in Operations and Supply Chain with a track record of continual promotion to progressively reach more responsible positions.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, management reporting and analytics, planning and forecasting.
• Financial modeling skills in Excel and reporting skills in Tableau.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural and global environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the waste management industry and/or service industry is preferred.
