The Launch Box is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is designed for a passionate individual looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions in a fast-paced B2B environment. As a Marketing Intern, you will own the main social media channels for The Launch Box and have the opportunity to support our marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive client success.
Opportunities to Get Involved :

• Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives

• Create, post, and manage social media content

• Enforce brand guidelines in all marketing materials

• Help develop and update website content using tools like Squarespace

• Review SEO and website analytics for optimization opportunities

• Support marketing automation efforts, particularly in Hub Spot

• Assist in pitching company experts for media and speaking opportunities

• Provide support in event planning and execution

• Assist in creating monthly marketing reports

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Strong interest in B2B marketing, especially in tech or professional services

• Experience with social media management, particularly Linked In

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Squarespace, Hub Spot, Canva, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus

• Must be eligible to work in Mexico and proficient in English (interviews will be conducted in English)
