British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an Operation Logistics Executive in Monterrey

This role is part of the operations team focused on supporting the logistics team by tracking KPI´s and ensure the delivering OTIF.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Give follow up to Markets, Accounts and Distribution center requirements to allocate the transport to bring the best services and accomplish our main KPI to deliver on time in Full (OTIF).
Ensure trucks availability for distribution preventing Out of Stock risks.
Develop optimizations projects and savings.
People management.
Service level ensurance.
Budget management.
Follow up to daily execution of shipment plans.

What are we looking for?

People management.
At least 2 years experience in similar or related roles.
Teamwork.
Work with uncertainty.
Knowledge in SAP.
Office package.
Advanced English and Spanish speaking.
Bachelors degree, preferable international business or logistics related career.
