QUALITY ENGINEER (2nd Shift)

QUALITY ENGINEER (2ND Shift)
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related fields.
· Advanced English level.
· 2 Years of experience in the area of Electronics (Preferable)
Main responsibilities:
1. Oversee the quality control stages in the production line in all defined stages to measure the quality FPY.
2. Ensure that each step of the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards and customer requirements.
3. Work closely with QC inspectors who inspect the manufactured products and promote that QC inspectors role is define to ensure that the products meet the required quality std.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans for addressing all manufacturing defects to improve the quality level in the plant.
5. Analyzing data and conducting team meetings & work on finding solutions to eliminate or mitigate these issues that comes out of the manufacturing process.
6. Track quality yield rate by identify trends and take corrective actions to improve it overall all manufacturing plant.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the company when a customer compliant arrives to the plant and respond back under the estimated time for customer.
8. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, efficiency, and productivity and work to achieve the defined goals.
9. Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product designs are compatible with the manufacturing process.
10. Participate in the development and implementing quality systems.
Skills
Technical Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of relevant technical areas such as electrical or mechanical engineering, CAD software, regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes.
Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
