Position Title: SAP Mexico Intern – Talent Attraction
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Schedule: 30 Hours/Week
The working student will assist with various operational tasks, such as but not limited to being able to attract and hire students in alignment with SAP’s strategy for Early Career Talent Attraction. The main tasks will be:

What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP Mexico Intern – Talent Attraction
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Schedule: 30 Hours/Week
The working student will assist with various operational tasks, such as but not limited to being able to attract and hire students in alignment with SAP’s strategy for Early Career Talent Attraction. The main tasks will be:

Participate in local events across Mexico (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc) - Understand and participate in full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per company’s demand
- Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process
- Post positions in Recruiting Management (ATS) tool and other available tools (e.g. universities, job boards)
- Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system
- Help create and take care of candidate pipeline, pre-screen CVs, phone screen candidates, extend verbal job offers, and process formal offers
- Support Hiring Managers and candidates with questions regarding recruiting process
- Support University Ambassadors groups in Mexico
- Assist with sourcing efforts via Linked In, campus newsletter, etc

Education Requirement: Currently enrolled in an academic/university program - Language Requirement: English (Verbal & Written, ideally B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent), Portuguese (Bonus, but not required)
- Project management skills
- Creative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
- Hands-on mentality, customer-service orientation, and execution attitude
- Negotiation skills
- Thirst for learning new skills & able to adapt
