Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to post-implementation in collaboration with Product and Design teams, within an agile environment.
- Develop and implement high-performance, scalable, and efficient services and features.
- Design end-to-end functionality, working on both the backend and the user interface.
- Apply best practices in software development: code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.
- Continuously improve existing software, ensuring stability and optimization.
- Participate in meetings and video calls with the team in Israel.
- Languages and frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js, Type Script.
- Cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions.
- Databases: Big Query, Pub/Sub, SQL, No SQL.
- E-commerce: Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred).
- Advanced English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for collaborating with the international team and understanding technical documentation.
- Over 5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Over 3 years of experience working with SQL and No SQL databases.
- At least 2 years of experience with Angular or React (preferably both).
- Experience in startups, with a focus on growth and business development.
- Work model: Hybrid (Monday to Wednesday in-person at Polanco, CDMX) or 100% remote from anywhere in Mexico if you do not reside in CDMX.
- Schedule: Flexible, with availability for calls with the team in Israel.
- Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 MXN net.
