Who We Are
We are looking for a Bilingual Support Engineer (Spanish/English) from Mexico to assist customers in building internal portals, focusing on integrations and improving the developer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers build and configure internal developer portals.
- Set up integrations and self-service actions.
- Provide technical support through chat and video.
- 3+ years of support engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and some familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) and webhooks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

- Competitive salary: $1,000 to $1,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
