Bilingual Microsoft Specialist

Due to the expansion of our services, we invite you to join our team:
Bilingual Microsoft Specialist
Location: 100% remote in Mexico
Workday: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Contract: 5 - month project
Responsabilities
- Migrate a user from one tenant to another tenant, instructions will be provided
- Able to troubleshoot issues during the tenancy migration includes, but not limited to:
- Client Operating Systems (Windows 10 & 11).
- Client hardware computing offerings.
- Corporate client applications portfolio.
- Office 365 and other user collaboration cloud services.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
- Internet browser solutions and strategy.
- End User identity management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related.
- 5+ years relevant IT experience.
- Spanish and English language skillset.
- Excellent skills and experience in Microsoft Client Technologies (O365, AD Entra etc.).
- Handling tenancy migration related issues whether it is Workstation, O365, Azure, AD, MDM, Exchange & Ms Teams.
- Extensive experience of End User Computing services in capacity of a desktop support analyst.
