Sr. Sales Executive - Bilingual B2C

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Works with Contact Center Manager on strategies to generate increased student enrollments and consumption.
· Manage activities to ensure daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals are met.
· Ensures that high level of services is consistently provided to prospective learners, and internal stakeholders.
· Responsible for achieving lead-to- conversion rate goals; including but not limited to enrolment volume goals for all programs.
· Engage and serve as primary point of contact for inquiring students.
· Conduct phone and email based communication with prospective students.
· Maximize opportunities with potential students with regard to in/outbound telephone calls with the intent to qualify prospective students regarding the enrollment services process and program offerings.
· Develop and adhere to an effective call strategy that includes communicating effective messages to potential students either through oral or written communications.
· Regular, reliable attendance which adheres to assigned work schedule including proper log in/log out for time recording, and meal and rest periods.
· Conducts daily activity to ensure that processes are followed efficiently within the CRM.
· Manages individual Enrollment KPIs to ensure the operation stays on track to meet targets.
· Assists students in the selection of appropriate courses and concentrations in terms of students' stated preferences.
· Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
· Perform other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma minimum, a bachelor's degree highly desired.
· Bilingual Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
· Proficient with the Internet and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Experience in a sales environment.
· Experience working with CRM (Salesforce).
· Knowledge & experience with utilizing computer based telephony system.
· Experience gathering and analyzing data to develop and present reports.
· Self-motivated, strong desire to establish rapport and relationship with prospective learners.
· Ability to work in a goal driven and measured performance environment.
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
· Ability to multitask, navigate multiple electronic systems and learn new processes and products.
· Critical thinking, problem solving and good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Outstanding attention to detail and follow through.

Inicio de contratación con un periodo de prueba de 3 meses y en caso de que se alcancen los objetivos de venta se dará el contrato indeterminado
Sueldo Mensual: $ 23,333.33 pesos brutos + Excelentes comisiones
Contratación directa por la empresa con Prestaciones de Ley y Superiores:
$ 1,399.99 pesos mensuales de Vales de Despensa
14 días de Vacaciones y 22 días de Aguinaldo
25% de prima vacacional
Apoyo de Home Office $400 pesos mensuales
Apoyo de Equipo: $250 pesos mensuales (Se requiere que cuentes con equipo propio)
Beca al 100% para estudiar idioma
Horario de Trabajo:
Lunes a Viernes 9:00 am a 6:00 pm horario del EST/USA
