Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer supporting our dynamic team, you will be trusted to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions at México City.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Integrating Salesforce with other internal and external applications.
Maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications.
Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive solutions.
Upholding code quality standards and Salesforce best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II).
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
