Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial service administrative processes, including invoicing, collecting, service orders creation, and maintaining databases.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles.
- High level of English proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Strong proficiency in Portuguese is desirable for this role.
- Should be proactive, highly motivated, and process oriented.
- Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate Excel use.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving oriented person.
- Good communication skills.
- Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others.
