Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proven professional to join our team as a Site Payments Associate II. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the flawless execution of site payments for our Mexico operations. Job Responsibilities

• Determine site payment amounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Collaborate with team members to resolve payment-related issues
• Conduct payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the development and implementation of payment processes and procedures
• Maintain payment records and documentation in a well-organized manner

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site payments or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Proficiency in using payment systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Education

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification / Bachelor's degree preferred Technical positions may require a certificate.

Experience

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 6 years).
• In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered
